I was wondering how to start this letter. So much has happened since my letter of December 23 rd 1994, and so much as been hanging out since the September letter. I can feel you guys waiting for this one; thanks for your patience - I have been working with my stuff lately. The leap in Time Spirit that I mentioned in the 25 Jan 95 letter is because of over 2.4 billion people doing their awakening; like we have had two winters, manifesting different ways in different environments. Spring came about Jan 28th in my part of the world. The Montana Winter Wheat is sprouting now, and the Christian Fundamental Republicans have the abortion issue right in their lap, instead of at their convenience. Something so stupidly important to them. I will speak more of the leap in Time Spirit and some of the transformations that will occur from April 23rd onwards. The Spring and Fall Harvests are going to be big. Things will not really settle down for about 5 months, it is part of the gift/power that comes with Water Spirit. Since that spiritual factor is towards the yellow people . . .

. . . let me start with a large fairly accurate excerpt from my reply letter (fax really) to Ms. Connie Chung. She wrote me a kind thank you note after I sent a mailgram to Speaker Gingrich requesting that he discontinue his vitriolic and stentorian attack on Ms. Chung and recognize that his mother was a lady dealing with offensive words and the listening audience. A copy of the mailgram went to Ms. Chung of course; my phone bill that month of January was big. Shall we get into it ?

. . . .your kind letter regarding the Gingrich matter (his mother and the verbal slur directed at the First Lady). Ghandi and M.L. King had the same burden in knowing that their people were misinterpreting the message of freedom and love, and the people could only go so far because of the emotional knots held in the body that confine the mind. This is also why they were killed.

Anyhow, that was a very busy week in Washington, old B-1 Bob was literally pissing on himself and I think a few others in the men¹s restroom. Shortly after labeling Ms. Clinton a bitch, Gingrich then went on camera and accused her of being involved with some new age guru guy (me). He did so because of the two faxes I sent him (care of Rep. Anne Essho) after the mailgram. The Newsterman needs to check his medication, he is confusing Ms. C for Arrianna Huffington. I have stated on the First Class net and here that Ms. C and I have never talked, written or seen each other in our lifetimes - and no plans have been made to change this that I know of. Besides, Ms. C has a mind and chooses to think for herself, she is not codependent enough to fall into the guru trap. She has a exceptionally good relationship with her inner Higher Power.

Unfortunately, the faxes also indicated a (false) trail to Senator Dole, and Mr. Gingrich did not honor his name by slurring it in public. Here is proof that Mr. Gingrich hates women, is paranoid, and has compulsive issues in his dysfunctional psychology. Part of his disease, he will never apologize - only have repeated sobering experiences after getting drunk on rage, power, arrogance or what ever addictive source that he wants to ingest. We will see this again and again until he goes cold turkey and works his recovery (like never).

I will speak about this in my next letter to the World Leaders, coming out around the middle of April. As you may surmise, the 23rd is the next Crossroads in Time Spirit when the third horseman (water spirit) settles in for our training. Whew, Air Spirit and Water Spirit have been shaking each other fairly seriously since my last letter of 23 December and what the people are doing in their spiritual development. I am a bit impatient with the Republican fundamentalist and their disease. In the next letter I am going to ask over 2 billion people to put their second spiritual foot down. My intention is to crack open the door to heaven to advance the coming of the Christ/Buddha/Heart consciousness. Those who harbor the corruption of Rome will leave faster then, only place to go is down. (I can not put things crossways, I can only set things straight, and it is up or down from there relative to their own circumstances).

The flaming sword of God (Revelations) separating those who will stay from those who will go is our own dysfunctional psychology - the illness that kills itself. We are the ones swinging the sword, not God. I always look forward to seein. . . .

It was a trip to have kept my minds eye in D.C. during January. Members of Senator Dole¹s loyal opposition (a term coined by Benedict Arnold) in the House were beside themselves with their arrogance. While all was flying about, I faxed the Newsterman a note alluding to Dole¹s statement of living and dying by the sword was directed toward cutting something - as a stabbing metaphor just didn¹t fit. Poor guy, was sitting up at the State of the Union address with those piggy little eyes and did not know he just had successful surgery. Which I think is understandable, you have to have a psychic scrotum in the first place to have missed it.

So, here is the proof he needs thinks the Newtsterman. My second party fax in his possession. He goes on TV and slanders Ms. Clinton¹s name; and well, my name also - after all it is the two of us who run this country, not Gingrich. This was all in the same week Dornan and Archer are being jerks in public. And the media do not have a clue what is going on (they are catching up). Oh, I am not some new age guru guy. Don¹t have a church, don¹t have a following, don¹t want any money, and I don¹t care if you kill yourselves. I am a 42 year old beat-up disabled Vietnam veteran who lives in a share rental with a kitty while working on my Doctorate degree.

Gingrich looks into your living room with a panda bear tie over a blazing white dress shirt on his 100th day saying he doesn¹t know how to talk sometimes. Cow manure, he talks perfectly well. It is his head and heart that is screwed up; and his language reflects this. Stalin, Hitler, and Reagan would look in admiration in how Gingrich twists the language. He kills Big Bird, wants to balance the budget on old poor folks, and zaps school lunches for kickbacks to zillionairs- then backs down a little because of the ³fear factor² out there - like he knows what is going on and you guys are to sick with fear to figure out he has the answer to all social ills - just make the rich richer and poor poorer. I just don¹t think I would be a good politician - couldn¹t bring myself to shake his hand, socially or privately.

I wanted to talk more about the Unified Field Theory, the nature of Time, and Psychogenic Health Transformations. I think I have the pieces to the UF Theory, or maybe a few more. I have never turned my mind to physics or the hard sciences, find it boring; but these perceptions of the nature of it keeps turning up for me right now. Attempting to determine if Dr. Hawkings is open to a small conversation on the I-Net. Still setting up my account which was donated by a generous person I know not of. So, time ticks on, and priorities that have to be attended to, need that. Regardless of all this stuff going on, keep your eye on that spiritual goal.

So, lets talk instead of abortion and setting our second spiritual foot down. With some 2.4 billion participants, this will be felt. When I submit the proposal, I am sure you will sense the merit within the statement. It is important for me to know, that you know what you are doing, why, and the teleological function. But, let¹s tear into the neurotic structure of Christian fundamentalism a bit; that is their version of the corruption of Rome.

The Republicans just keep them around as a voting block so they can feed off the public trough with weapons systems and PACs. Like Gingrich, who made a career in public service to make his money. Been there 17 years now, soon he can retire - that is if he stays in office. His American dream is not a house, garage and chicken in the pot (he¹s got it already); it is for the first time in history the Gingrich family can be independently wealthy. He will get his millions out or your pocketbook, giving the treasury away to his zillionair friends who I easily call traitors and cowards. Remember Perot - he told you to vote Republican. You guys listened to him. Perot knows this is how they work, and it fits well into how he makes his wealthy living. He doesn¹t have to leave to make his money, he knows the system too well.

Anyhow the Fundamentalists, they take the bible literally, and myoptically. The World was created in 6 human days of 24 hour duration, this is fact to them. There is no metaphorical or other interpretation to the bible. So, in quoting from the New World Translation (the Watchtower People, despite their dysfunctional issues, I appreciate their efforts at accuracy) I present the following:

³And in the case men should struggle and with each other and they really hurt a pregnant woman and her children (life) do come out (prematurely) but no fatal accident occurs (to the woman), he (the assailant) is to have damages imposed upon him without fail according to what the owner (husband, sperm donor) of the woman may lay upon him; and he must give it through the justices. But if a fatal accident (to the woman) should occur, than you must give soul (life) for soul, . . . . wound for wound. . . tit for tat. (Ex. 21:22-25).

OK, to some people (including me), the Nazarene came and fulfilled the law (Mosaic law of the old testament) as was prophesied (read: spiritual clinical prognosis). For me, this means the Old Testament (including Exodus) is trash as a directive to running my life. However, the Old Testament is still a rich source of relevant information to understanding the New Testament. And all that is the New Testament, to me, is love God, love your neighbor, and show good Fruitage of the Spirit. If you do not know how to love God, then follow the first five commandments of Moses, if you do not know how to love your neighbor, then follow the last five commandments of Moses. I have no idea how the old testament would dictat to demonstrate ones good Fruitage of the Spirit, guess it might include the whole of Mosaic law.

Anyhow, with the concept of abortion, which is not in the bible. It would seem that in application of the Exodus scripture, that if a man and a woman decide amongst themselves to have an abortion (clinical miscarriage; the fundamentalist insist it is an assault and murder), then under the Mosaic law the person who did the abortion would be punished as seen fit by the father (or sperm donor) of the fetus (with the approval of the Judges). But in no case would there be death (to the person who touched the woman and her lifeseed spilled out). Unless of course the woman, be she slave or no, died in the abortion procedure. To be clear, if the father says no big deal, abortion OK, or that the mother does not die; then the fundamentalists don¹t have a prayer (in rigorous application of their fundamentalism and the Bible). If there is a death, this is already attended to by law.

It would seem the Christian fundamentalist (and the priests who forment this) who go out and kill MDs who do this so called abortion, are in serious biblical error. Biblically speaking, it would seem ³killing² (read: spilling the seed) of an unborn child is not a biblical crime worthy of an eye for an eye, and abortions (struggling miscarriages) are not a real big deal for they are not breaking the vessel that holds the breath of life, for the vessel is not formed. There is nothing in there. In the Bible it is clear that the punishment is for the assault to the mother who just happened to be pregnant and breaking her vessel that holds the breath of life, not that of the fetus. I myself have always defined for ³me², that the value of the fetus comes at the time when the vessel is complete that holds the breath of life/chi/prana. I call it at 5.5. months gestation. If there is a miscarriage prior to that time, for what ever reasons, I attest it is not a spiritual error and there is no debt. The spirit/soul union that is the human being comes in and leaves with the breath/chi/prana. That preliminary and finished coming together is a ways off. Only the real grief for the loss of future possibilities and current holdings is there a questing to be healed.

From my looking into women who are pregnant, prior to 6 months, there is no beginning of a spiritual spark inside of them that is the fetus. There is a growing spinning, like twirling sticks faster to make fire. (When someone dies there is an unspinning that is also seen in the body decay, that¹s the dust part; I come and go with the Light) That spark from the spinning seems to form when the vessel that holds the breath of life is formed. There is, on those rare occasions that the Spirit wants to be in the body prior to the birth process and remember it with the Soul, most people don¹t do that. Most usually just visit to check on progress of the body building - some don¹t even do that and the attention to detail lacks.

Also, in white mans medicine terms, the fetus during this spinning up time would have to be described as an organized coherent cancer growth. The cellular process to cancer and fetal development, to those who purport to know, is said to be identical (psyche factors are likewise similar). The only difference is that cancer is disorganized. If you want cancer to go away, go to it with love. It is a part of you growing in a dysfunctional way, and it is afraid to die. Go to it, understand its fear of expiring and leaving the body. Explain how it will be reborn into a better you. Then do your visualization process that is working for you, and see the big black nothing that is the Cancer eating at you, grow smaller as rainbow light comes off for your spiritual growth. Be sure to stay with what works for you, just attend to the energy of the systems process in some manner to what was suggested. (allow the process to mutate and change to what is uniquely yours - find what works for you)

Most of you guys know, I asked JP2, Fallwell, Robertson to talk Bible about abortion, and they talk about their opinions, their encycles (sic) or need for money instead. So, people - here is Bible. If you are thinking for yourself, perhaps you see the merit of this observation. The Old Boys Network will not talk Bible, because their is no foundation for their position. They know this, and talk otherwise because of a hidden agenda: the corruption of Rome. Most people do not want to think; for those who do think - they are usually told to stop. That¹s why you need a priest.

Changing the subject a bit, I think it was the September letter that I wrote during my last near death experience and suggested that there is no objectivity. That everything relative to our own consciousness is subjective. This can be seen in working gram molecular weights (the weight of the ³object² changes with the person doing the weighing - everything else is reportedly constant; Œcept time) This is also working in what happens to people after you leave your earthsuit. You ³see² what you are programmed to see. Change your programming, what you see changes. There is something there, but it is all projections of the mind. It is like we see a cloud in the sky, where you see a Poodle dog, while I see a barstool. The ³dog² or the ³barstool² is us making up stories and projecting our minds on what is happening - it¹s really just a cloud. What ever it is that is God/Buddha/Tao is there, like the cloud in the sky is there. However you see Allah, or Buddha, or Jehovah, or Great GrandFather, or what ever you got going inside. And it all, in all it¹s manifestations is directed at you becoming a more generous, compassionate, and loving person. Some of those manifestations are quite painful and difficult (because you think so). Others are not (also because of your thoughts). This seems to be consistent and congruent with all conscious beings capable of emotions.

Well, with consciousness, what seems to going on, is that "we" as observers of life, (what happens) - constantly interfere with and interpret what is happening with a story we make up; and this is psychophysical and without boundaries. It is the human condition, it is impossible not to make up stories and do this, and in turn effect/affect your universe. The human condition we live in now, and what we are to go to in the future, springs from our speaking. I talked myself into some painful experiences. I have now learned to talked myself into some joyful ones.

From my near death experiences, life on this plant is in the third dimension, as we are the third planet from the sun. On Venus, life is in the second dimension. So people purport that someone in the 4th dimension can see the 3rd, but not the other way around. Also, the universe that we live in, all that you see, is a bubble of sorts. Kinda like a one celled organism. The inside of the bubble is God/Buddha/Tao. Love, magic, miracles, nature would be other words for He/She/It. The edge of the bubble is Time Spirit, it is one with God with no end or beginning and it is where we live for the moment. He/She/It is static, and we are the ones who move through time - giving the appearance of past/present/future. Outside of the bubble, I can only describe as "not God". I detest describing things in neurotic negatives, but it is the current best thing that fits to what I perceive. A very extreme polarity to the inside of the bubble that is also strange, hard to grasp and is the same.

Basically what is outside the bubble is a soup of brown misty muddy space stuff (which is why it¹s mostly dark around here). At the edge, there is some expanding force that coagulates the brown stuff into planets, suns, space and stuff. (while making the hounds outside excited at the movement) This expanding force is best described as Love, an attractive energy - it doesn't promote. There are things that seek to destroy me as I go out there. I interpreted the sound or my sense of that (protective?) things as baying hounds, on the hunt.

This interpretation is earth based because that is my background of living. If I was living on another planet society I would use different morphological terms based on that living. If one takes a straight path back, the hounds will get you. If one takes a spiral path back, the things lose the tracking and have to go back to the ³not God² space. I think there are other universes, per se, that is other bubbles separated by the brown stuff. They seem in linear rows. There are a number of them. It is almost female to female in a strange sort of way. The Universe is the female bubble, held in the female ocean brown stuff - making the spaces inside the bubble, and even the space that is the ocean brown stuff is male. This spins off into the 4 Races, 4 Horsemen, and the numbers 1.3.5.7. Light - Prism - Sphere - Cube respectively. The above and below triangles. If you can follow that in its polythematic heuristic trail, you will get a big chunk of the Nature of things. Making it a living sense for you is harder.

From all these near-death experiences, I still have no idea what God/Nature/Tao is, except possibly it is all of us, all things, as one. I am convinced that there is a method to the madness, a system of things that is purposeful. I have no idea what purposeful effort to what end, except directed towards our spiritual growth. I know that when people die and leave their earthsuits, God comes to us in a manner that is most comfortable and easy for us individually. If you are a Christian, you see Christ. Buddhist you see Buddha. Muslim see Allah. Freudian: a universe of sexual organs and your mother. If you believe in nothing, go for the gusto. You see exactly that, nothing, for a long time - at least until you get bored and start thinking that there is something else. (It is so funny watching some of the rigid scientific mindsets work on it when they leave their earthsuits.) So, there is a lot of projection going on. There and here. We see what we want to see, very little of what we see is actually there. If we do not want to see something, we usually don't. It is just an aspect of our creativity. To think is to become, and how one thinks (or doesn¹t think) is heard in the speaking - the power of the word.

If I was to hazard a theory, I would say that God made us as free thinkers, and we are to grow and play. Purpose: to keep God company. With free will, if we say we hate God this is will meaning. Likewise, if we say we love God, that also is heartfelt and real. God doesn't want a robot; besides they are not much fun - a curiosity at most. How so, curiosity is something to be turned off. Fun keeps your attention. Though I have never talked to God, just mostly listen and looked - I am convinced that there is a strong sense of humor to He/She/It. In passing, the fundamentalists are now calling you guys neo-pagan seculars. They think there is some new age pagan animal god you worship apparently. They have done that in the past, just don¹t like you putting the Invisible Goddess (female) and the Invisible Devine Child (the within/emotions) in honor at the same level with the Invisible God (male). Far to healthy for them, because to do so kills the Beast by exposing the corruption of Rome.

Let me quickly grab pots to move that are cooking on the stove, so we can get into setting your second spiritual foot down.

Let¹s see. There is the Exon Bill about cyberspace, could you guys kill that. It is defective and there is no cure for the bill, nor is a cure needed for cyberspace. Besides this, I am working on two class actions suits.

So, if anybody out there owns Chrysler V-6 Magnum engines that leak oil into the air cleaner mail me please. My Dodge has 20K miles on it now, new air cleaner is required every 5K miles, loses .5 quart every 4K miles, new spark plugs every 15K miles from carbon fouling. Pistons have good compression, but two of them have 15% and 20% leak down. Hard starting when warm. I really like the product, but the Corporation says this is all normal. I think they are deceiving me and it is really a production pattern defect affecting millions of engines.

The other one is to do with computers. I have a removable media 20 meg Hard drive (Floptical) on my SCSI chain. This was an industry standard and supported device last year (bought it off the shelf new, 5 months ago). This year, it is no longer offered for sale and the software HD companies are deliberately destroying its function from what they sold it as by not supporting it. I want to put together a class action suit against FWB (the Rolls-Royce of Hard Drives and software) and make them support it, as they did it before. So, if you have removable hard drives like the Floptical that are not working properly, mail me also.

Well, that gets us fairly current. I feel better now. The other stuff hanging fire can wait until the next letter.

For setting your second spiritual foot down. I am going to start in the Hell (Below) realms. Because the grounding one has, goes through there. Remember God is neutral, we are the one who take that energy from God and do good or not so good with it.

Anyhow. The locks down there are always on the inside, with the key on a nearby peg. (upper right to the door frame) Grabbing the key and inserting it in the lock will not always get you out. (I really do not want to relate the specifics of it, people like Ollie North need to learn this the hard way.) If you are doing your spiritual awakening, the answer to getting out is within you. If you have the answer, just grabbing the key gets you out.

So . . .

Once you get to that lock and key, you have gotten to your Tree of Life. The door frame comes in the basic shape of the letter ³H², with the two uprights being the frame (doorway) and the crosspiece the key (stepping though the doorway or threshold). Grabbing that, is grabbing the Tree of Life, your Grounding, the Vertical between the Above and Below, the AUM, the Crack in Time (When you blink your eyes nonthinkly, there is an afterimage of infinite deep in the middle and curved somethings on the sides; this is a fisheye lense view of what the Crack in Time looks like as you stand at-one-ment with it). And you then get a physical body, usually human, but emotionally/spiritually based. Being in the physical body automatically brings you to the areas of life where walking in balance is the learning task.

OK, now we go to the second lock and key. Here you are in the human body, and you have been working on your grounding for awhile. Good for you. In setting your second spiritual foot down, from your primary visualization/sensing of the first series of chakras in your tree of life; go to the heart. Your center in front of the spine. This is the first upright of the letter ³H² (actually you have uprights for each vertebra and chakra, but it is all One). Go through your heart to the hidden chakra of the heart (behind the spine). This is where I have my spiritual altar, where I go to pray to my Higher Power. Then go up and down to the other hidden chakras (that are spiritual reciprocals to the first 7 chakras) and complete your grounding, by the doubling of it. By the making of the second ³H² within you, thus the threshold is made.

This is you setting your second tree of life (there were two in the Garden, the first is knowledge, the second is immortality). There are now enough of you doing your awakening, to where 2.4 billion people doing this will crack open the door to heaven. The more people who do this, the wider the door swings open. The people who harbor the Corruption of Rome will die out faster; the illness that kills itself works harder with the trickster/healer in seeking a balance. I really do not think that the forces of darkness will be able to do anything, anymore during the period of darkness in the year. We are in the period of Light now, and our spiritual growth is going to be very strong this year. Hold on, going to be a ride.

With the Third Horseman settling in on the 23rd, Water Spirit ; look to the next 5 months to get an idea of how the next three years are going to go. We are in the hump time in training ourselves to making that leap to the Heart/Buddha/Christ consciousness (I know some of you are all ready for this, help the others make it). When Fire Spirit gets here, it will be 7 months at the start. I have to let the cycles of things spin their way, for me to find out more about the leap in time spirit you guys zoomed us on (no blame here, I know I opened my mouth on this one). How that may effect the training periods of the Four Horse(men) Spirits (racial aspects of the Holy Ghost, if you will) and us. For now, my sense is that this will not be affected; only the stuff we have to deal with goes on for a year longer, or more likely will be easier on us.

As billions of you set your foot down, we will see how this manifests. The Montana Winter Wheat gets harvested in a few weeks, we will watch the turning of the wheel of dharma together.

Hi BJ: Your copy (along with the others) was mailed out today 3 pm my time. Probably get there on Monday, for sure Tuesday. I was put off the crossroads in Time Spirit by all those people getting killed. Was planning to mail this off the day of the explosion, had to wait a few days. Doing a good job dude. Oh, put your programs through, regardless if they get voted down or not. In fact showing the vote downs for good things helps so much for your re-election. Doesn¹t matter who the Republician is, with them in the Congress, no way will America put a Republician in the Presidency. And there is no sure thing on a Democratic Congress coming out in the next election given the 500 plus variables. The Presidency is easier to focus on and recognize it¹s importance for people who do not want the government in their bedrooms or sex lives.
