To: Ms. Bhutto, Mr. Gorbachev, Mr. Clinton, Mr. Murayama, Mr. Rather Mr. Mitterand, Mr. Dole, Ms. Feinstein, Mr. Bouros-Ghali, Ms. Walters Greetings Everyone: Well people, there have been huge transformations since my last letter. So strong has this movement been, that I have to conclude that a leap in Time Spirit occurred. The Power Elite will not tell you, the Media people donıt have a clue, as they have missed most of them; but there have been some big changes. So, it seems it is up to me to report to you some of what has transpired. Currently, there are some 1500 Million of you now doing the work, the awakening process. I can read the Nature and see how the blossoming of awareness occurs across the face of the Planet; much easier for you guys to see also. Air Spirit shook again, on a high holy day. Sometimes I whence inside, knowing that the release of these letters will bring what it brings. People leaving the planet like they do. Frankly, I think it is the friction set up in the collective consciousness, that is the hidden work that this evolving network is; which collides with those who donıt know. Somebody would probably think that it is a real awesome PR job; that these coincidental occurrences to the letter and the knowledge therein, in deed occur. The other stuff that doesnıt occur, is because you are doing the work. These threads of spiritual connection that you people make with these letters, cuts across 90% of all ideology. It is only the 10% who harbor the corruption of Rome, who for the moment, donıt want to get the freedom and liberty that is this knowledge. I am writing this letter today for different reasons. Seems my job description is changing, with these evolving times. So, I donıt think there is going to be much mind-rippin knowledge here for you. Before I go on with the letter let me do some professional housekeeping first. Mr. Mitterand; I am so sad to see you retire. It has been so delightful to have the French People with me working so hard for so many years, with you as their leader. I will trust the French People to select their best, to continue this work. Go well my silent and strong friend. Along with this, the world has to know the deep debt that is owed to Mr. Gorbachev. It was his honoring the listening to my first petition to other world leaders to help this planet, and even the United States per my requests; that started all this. To Ms. Bhutto. Please forgive me for misspelling your first name. I so wanted to be accurate with addressing you, as well as not inadvertently insulting you in my first connecting to you and your people. I have done it before. Sorry. It is the White People that I, or anybody who has my education as it were, that has the hardest time talking to. Remember that the White People have the gift/power of fire. This means they carry light. And when I come in with the gift/power Fire that I carry, and a different ability to perhaps blindly zap it around; they at times protest. Other times, they get it, and even bring better and different viewpoints on to the issue with their own light. The Red People got hip to me about 15 years ago, when I was very new on the planet; and the wounds that I was struggling with. They were so good to me. They were the first to teach me about walking among the ghosts. The Black People and then the Yellow People than quickly saw the light that I was showing. It is much easier for these people to see it, they donıt have the gift/power of Fire Spirit. As you know, its big downside is arrogance. I go into Chinatown in San Francisco, and everybody there knows about me and these letters. And they are such wonderful people, so much Tao for my Pisces/Snake to swim in. On the downside, their spiritual gift of water, in understanding can allow them to ride out any earthquake or water rapid, without understanding it goes to death, I told you guys to tool up the aircraft to water bomb the fire spots years ago. You have had two personal examples to witness. Perhaps you will see the wisdom in that suggestion now. The White People, those who first came to understand me, were the ones who carry the Brave inside. They honored the Listening. Here in the Americas, the Red People, as some of you know, took part of the Christlight seeding and blessed this earth as the home of the brave and the land of the free. In our arrogance the White People took their Fire gift and melted some of the heart of the Red People in the consciousness of what it is now to be an American. Senator Dole, in the extreme example, along with my self share very deeply in that. Senator Dole is a Disabled American Veteran. He understands the 1000 yard stare. He looked death in the eye (I have been forced to study the damn thing). Few people know it, but the DAV organization, is anti-war in its Congressional Chartered Constitution. This doesnıt mean anti-defense or stupid. Well Bob Dole, has the Brave inside. He has no fear about the future. He reads my letters, and he knows what is going on. While the Republican Party has itıs concerns, some of them greedy. They have come to see that the Christian Fundamentals are fast becoming a liability. And now are making plans for conservative TV programs a la Huffington. (You guys, you are working that boycott the CBN, Family Channel, Pat Robertson, across the TV dial. What a change you executed, and the Power Elite is covering it up as best they can. So many people are seeing Patıs one up/one down stuff, his con games, his money grubbing pitch. Pretty sick stuff. But it is like Saturday Night Live, meets the Auction Barker, but with deep thoughts, sunsets, and oceans. Really tickles me at times.) Additionally, those who have the Brave inside, and those who have fought for this country, and have been tested. They get a lesson in this spiritual blessing. There is also the blood split with the Civil War, that further tinges this spiritual knowledge. Senator Dole, dispite his ideology and mindset; we are kindred spirits on this. He and I feel the energy of pain, love, commitment, honoring the brave and the Constitution above all else. Now be clear on this. Senator Doleıs spiritual, ethical, religious life is very important, as is mine. But somehow, the freedoms that are in the Constitution and in this sense of being an American Brave is higher. He also knows a little about healing. So, when Speaker Gingrich, recently issued is decree of holding the economic well being of our county hostage to the democratic process, you know with that Mexico loan guarantee thing. He effectively alienated 90% of the Americans inside and outside of the beltway. They saw his disease, and the threat to the Constitution. After all, if it was President Gingrich with his line item veto pen, holding the Nations Treasury and economic well-being hostage to any Congressional action what would this country look like. Also, and this is the most damming connection. Speaker Gingrich did to the President and the American People, the same money hostage crap that he did to his ex-wife and kids. Newt, and a few of his ilk, just doesnıt have the brave inside. You know, like slimy, small-brained, greedy, lawyers. And Newt, just will not apologize, or retract his arrogant and unconstitutional decree that he made in public. Sick, sick, sick. The Republican Party, now knows the political liability that is Newtster and nothing can be done about it for two years, except silently and politically castrate him. Which has already been accomplished. Newt is going to do a lot of activity, but nothing, and I mean nothing, gets out of Congress with out the healing direction of Senator Dole. Now they are just coming to figure out that there is more merit in the information that is contained in these letters than there was, say three months ago; and what they are going to do about it. When it comes down to it, for most of them, their Spiritual life is more important than the individual opinion on how one chooses to live ones private and personal life and the civil friction it forments that comes from coercing others to conform to external expectations; of what is only opinion, albeit, based on experience. So, the system of things, will not allow the Spring harvest to be more difficult than twice as hard in the turning of the wheel of dharma. You guys moved it when you hit 1200 Million about two weeks after I mailed out the December 23rd 1994 letter. So, again we will see how this manifests when the Red Winter Wheat comes in. I am glad Dan Quayle has such a strong certificate of health guarantee from his doctors. Hope he can get his money back if it doesnıt work out. If you are always giving out con games, you are always susceptible to con games. It is the nature of things. Well, what ever it is that ³WE² the people ³ARE² in this awakening we are doing. We are now a world wide and national political force to be reckoned with, and it seems I somehow speak as your voice. Such an honor, and such a responsibility. When people do their spiritual awakening, they all see and do things differently, but they all have the same action in a strange and healthy way. This will grow. You guys are making history, big time. You guys are doing things the likes this planet has never seen. It is going to be interesting to see where this goes and how long they hide it.
