I seem to have done it again- last letter was intense. People were dumb-struck for awhile. I want to slow down a bit on popping the world. I keep stroking that orgasmic pulse and adding more ripples, it makes it more difficult to read the system of things. And as I have mentioned in other letters, there is a pacing to this - to bring this to people deep in their disease with all this mindrippin knowledge - even with pacing, it is still a shock to the system. It is reported to me that Dr. Hawking suggests that all people take part in the discussion of why it is that we and the universe exist - for a consensus on this would be the beginning of knowing (some understanding, perhaps) the mind of God. I agree. But know that this is a difficult process, particularly in using words by the very nature of what words are, is an attempt to describe the speechless and measure the immeasurable. Since God/Buddha/Tao is so mutable, what you people see of that, in these letters, is perhaps more of the nature of my mind, as I am projecting it, on to what I see and attempt to describe as the nature of God/Buddha/Tao. I use words, to talk about what is best seen as energy.

Also, know there are limits to my comprehension. I see this stuff, and it staggers my mind - then I try to talk to you about it. Using a snowflake as a metaphore for God/Buddha/Tao - I can not tell you why the snowflake is there, or how it comes in to being and itıs purpose, if any. I can speak of itıs nature, appears and disappears in certain conditions but has endless variations, etc. So, I do not know why the Third Horse Spirit, as a manifestation of the Holy Ghost if you will - the Animal/God carried the Yellow Race to this planet so long ago or why it has returned in this manner for our education. I can only say it is here, offer some sight and insight to deal with it, and help us to the inevitable telelogical destination. A good prophacy, spiritual clinical prognosis - is one that does not manifest. The people have learned to walk in balance on that via their grounding, and got out of the way.

So . . . . it important to give me a rest every once in a while. I am currently working on my stuff, and writing this letter to the world leaders is an intrusion to that work. I am now questioning why I write this thing. Working on my stuff is like having my mind neatly pieced and placed on a table which I have to put back just to talk to you. So, who ever it is that I am . . . I am almost able to talk to all the people of the Planet; which is my intention and has taken a while to manifest. I think part of that accomplishment has been because of my straightforwardness, and perhaps the quality of the information that I present for your consideration. That could be called proofing the pudding - however it is the evolving spiritualphysical network of the billions that I am connected to that intrigues me deeply.

Lots of you guys are new at this world movement which seems to spring from this letter. So, for the old timers, know that I have to form my speaking to their new ears. To you who are new to this, I give welcome. The Spring Harvest with the Montana Wheat is doing well, and these new ears are planted for the Spiritual Harvest in the Fall. My next near death experience is scheduled then. I am starting to give up counting the numbers of times now. Seems my Higher Power wants me to check in more frequently. Hey . . . . . . . . . itıs a life.

Part of the trip of doing this, is the Fundamental people take such naked observations like I present, personally. Exodus 21:22 was the knife that killed Phil Grahamıs presidency bid, and the knife that slipped in the Republican Partyıs heart. The next election could very well be their death rattle. The Democrats could go down later - porkbarrel spending for the military industry and PACs is not a healthy way to stick around. America only needs the capability of fighting one war, and we only need about 200 Strategic Nuclear Weapons to work M.A.D. - but keep all the battlefield nucs for about 7 more years. That is the current contingency plan for Korea anyway - is to use battlefield nucs. Only way to stop them physically from taking over the rest of the country. The other way to stop them, and takes a bit longer - is love. The DMZ will come down, just wait. The illness that kills itself will do it, or love will. The world is coming to know that war is insane, the Republicans donıt want to pick up on that because of their compulsion to fatten their pocket off the public trough and the military/industry. Every countries financial status will be richer if we all stand down from the new weapons trip. The US of A, doesnıt want to rule the world. The isolationists want the walls up, and leave the rest of you fuys to fend for yourselves. Not a good idea folks.

Anyhow, the so called generation X, they rocked the 92 vote - slacked a bit like most people do in between elections - watch them come back to quake the 96 vote. Four more years of sick conservatives (some of them are in their early 20ıs) dying off, and 4 more years of new minds coming of age to vote. They have a different consciousness, and conservative fundamentalism is rife with disease they recognize and do not want. They are hip to the disease on the other side of too. You guys want to put together a Party for Americans. I have not studied how to politicalize honesty, candor, lack of gile, and a good heart. My intuition suggests it will be more difficult then scribing about God/Buddha/Tao.

Anyhow, with all this future speculation, and this is the big one, having a Republican president, will have a Republican Congress give that Republican President the dead fetus is alive amendment to the constitution or law. It will be a civil rights violation to have a necessary and needed medical abortion. People, it is only when the fetus takes breath, and that breath mixes with yours - that there is life. This is part of why losing a child hurts so much, you are crying out there breath that was so close to God. This is powerful stuff.

So, the only sure vote for the vast number of average Americans who do not want the government in their medical, sexual, bedroom lives is to have a Democrat (Clinton, of course) as President. Hoping the Republicans will get off their sexual hangups in controlling Congress or the rest of the nation changing the Congressional makeup (which is likely to happen) on the next voted government - is 500 variables. California voters do not keep Jesse Helms or Newt Gingrich in office. Thousands of sick people in their own districts keep them in office. So, the only sure bet for the Average American to keep their sex lives private - is to go for Clinton. The Republican Party will never get off of their sexual hangups. Group hysteria.

Anyhow, notice how Phil Graham (when I lived in Texas, we called their kind ³crackers² ) woke up April 23rd just to read his morning mail and discover that abortion is not murder, with the scripture that supports that clear understanding. The womans (birth) life came out prematurely - 100, 200, lets bite the big one, 300 days premature - spilling your seed on the ground - no spiritual debt folks. Your only cautions are medical, psychological and take it up with your health care provider - not your priest. Anyhow, Philıs whole world changed overnight.

In a similar manner, so will come the Christ/Buddha/Heart consciousness. It will come in the night, in your sleep, and the dawn will bring the change, the leap in consciousness. This leap will be the integration of male and female energies, the marriage of the binary opposites, for want of another word - - Love. You see, when we finally learn to do something in a new way, that knowledge takes over and begins to have an existence of its own, introducing us to possibilities which we have never dreamed. Since my last letter, have you seen how Barbara Streisand, Karen MaGinnis, Carly Simon, even Bill Clinton are more enpowered in their lives by the setting of their second tree of life. I am so pleased with this. Glad I could help.

So, for today I am just putting out a quick note to you guys before we leave this Crossroads in Time Spirit. You old timers are getting a lot better in handling my letters and the information I put out. The Republican Fundamentals are starting to cringe at the sound of my name. It was such a trip to see them in April scurrying like pidgeoned toed rats with tails and balls tucked under their legs, mumbling for the mike, ³the charges are not true²; ³the charges are not true². Ahhhhhhh, the life of a Congressman.

You guys, . . . . whow - it is amazing what you people do - in splashing this low tech message to the world . . . . . and move it, damn; do you guys put your shoulder to the lever. This can hurt dysfunctional people, but, itıs only the turning of the wheel. They donıt have the released emotional knots to work this through intellectually - so they go physical - that old saw about beating people into submission or killing them off. Part of me is waiting to see the other shoe drop - these letters seem to slap them around a bit and they - the Republicans, like JP2, the Nobel Committee, the World Media, Robertson, even Clinton can not talk about it - other then mumble about it maybe. Somebody has to bring Charles ³Peanuts² Shultz up to date on this. They are working so hard, to keep this quiet, but in so doing this letter becomes a SHOUT.

With this, I know you guys want me to say more about the Power of the Word, and speaking our ways to the future. This very letter is an example of the Power of the Word, and the speaking into the listening. I am deeply honored by your listening and I feel a keen importance of not abusing that or wasting your time.

However, on my side of talking to you, there are many dangers, for the issue is close to the psychological structure that works placebo effect/miracle cures/voodoo death. If the Newsterman knew about the Power of the Word he would not speak as he does. For example his concept that prejudice will always be on this planet, and the only way to do freedom/grace/power is to get money, to get your own book contract. Then buy your way into the very places you are despised by people with the illness that kills itself, and you just have the bucks to live in their hateful world. Even if you do get in, you will still be seen as uppity. And white supremacists hitting down on the non-white races continues - and as long at this social hate is present, the government is correct to support the oppressed, disabled, prejudiced. It is part of the civil war we are still fighting. Gingrich said the social experiment that was Civil Rights, has not worked. Separate water facets, riding in the back of the bus, burnt crosses, lynchings, church bombings - hey - I think we have come a long way with this social experiment - and that experiment has done allot to mitigate the illness that kills itself. Gingrich doesnıt like it, says it is wasted money. What a greedy dweeb.

I myself have not been able to get jobs, simply because of my 20 year cancer survivor history. I lost jobs because of my medical condition, no differently than someones skin condition, or sexual condition. Check it out, I am a Disabled Veteran, and I can not even get a job with the Veterans Administration. And this despite that Disabled Veterans, as a class of citizens, have preference hiring in government jobs, sometimes there are quota positions.

Anyhow, with this, know that prosperity comes from God/Nature/Tao. And for those people in possession of mature or great wealth, when they work with their riches for a greater good only, then can a human being become free of the prison of their possessions. All wealth is but a passing trust, to be administered by anybody for but a short time. Also, there are many different ways to acquire wealth, and those who acquire wealth where there increase causes no decrease for others have learned to spiritually advance by generating more for all. People like the Newsterman, in an alternative example, constantly maneuver slickly to see that other get less then they do, or their rich greedy friends.

Before we go on with plucking stings, I think its best we take a look back over the past decade and see some of what has been accomplished. Many people contributed, even sacrificed, for this possible future that we are living in today, and they are to be applauded. Gorbachev, Mitterand, Cranston, and the 144,000. Know this, there are people with the same gifts that I have, and work with the same profundity that I do - I only have, in this lifetime, the ability to use my throat chakra in this manner before you - and I ache at times to hear those others who can use their throat much differently than I. Say, have you checked out Sarah McLaughlin and Alanis Morresette yet - interesting minds these ladies have. Sarah recently put out a Windows/Mac CD-ROM - Audio disk = a generous tour de force. The dudes with Live, Throwing Copper got some juice also.

Anyhow recall what Russia, with Gorbachev, did with the huge change manifested by the Berlin Wall coming down, and the subsequent devolving networking of what was the eastern block. Anyhow, the disease that is the illness that kills itself - or that which could be said ³the Armageddon², has lessened in the world scene to a significant degree psychologically - and the illness that kills itself (dysfunctional psychology) became at once localized, and integrated (bunkered in really) with the changing of society - of which this letter, and you guys, are now a part of.

So, said more simply - the energy that was amongst us, that which was going towards global war - has now been localized. And the clearing of the disease in each society, localized with in their boundaries, is what seems to be manifesting. Bosnia, Japan, Oklahoma City, Chetnea, Zaire, Rhwanda, etc. These are different forms of the corruption of Rome, the illness that kills itself. The more they follow that path, the more difficult life gets, the more bloody the birthing to the Heart/Buddha/Christ consciousness is, and will be. I do what I can to help, to ease those issues. With the last letter, the lifting of the cloud of toxic guilt and toxic shame from over a billion women, and some men, on the planet regarding abortions was wonderful. Those that harbor the corruption of Rome and use the forces of darkness for ill, did not like this at all - and sent a human conscious dream walker who took on the shade of a Black Ugly for a set up on me in the dream time. It was intense folks, woke me up from sleep twice. He came in very slow, and froze in postion when I was in the dream time. Oh, he is gone now. Another unreported spontaneous combustion (again, not from my consciousness).

Anyhow, I got this letter out to a few World Leaders, so that big time problems could have been avoided, and we have been largely successful. And where ever the illness that kills itself raised its head, I took a swipe at it - hoping to clean things up a bit. For now, the disease focus is on the fundamental republicans, as they are the most sick. When they get better (or better isolated in a healthier society), the focus will then again change to something else. That is one of the reasons why I would ask the fundamentals not to take this personally; I would be popping the Democrats or the Communists if they were as sick. It is just a coincidence that the Republicans are the ones who are fascist. Anyhow, I was hampered in that this information I share in these letters needed to go to billions of people, and I only had the wherewithal to speak to a few world leaders. So, I talked about that concern, and . . . .

A few letters after I mentioned it, as the world leaders were seemingly reluctant to notice the merit of my petitions at that time, was when I noticed that tens of millions of people were reading these things. And I was able to make manifest with them, a possible solution to the dilemma. Getting to the world population with this information, to help the world leaders who are healthy, and getting other world leaders elected in who are more healthier, so we continue to contain and heal the illness that kills itself. Basically this has been the major accomplishment to date, on the physical realm. The other more spiritual stuff takes a bit longer to ripple out, kinda like dropping a stone in a pond.

Some of you people are so advanced, I just have to say a few words about spiritual development and you spiral with it. Even the roots of first Tree of Life (mind-rippin knowledge), spiral amongst themselves - kinda like a double DNA helix - with the second Tree of Life (immortality to match). The outside of my back was cookin for about 5 days with you guys dropping your second foot down - did you feel it ? Check out what happens after this, spiral the second tree with the first tree, clarification pops out into the world. Just bless the two verticals with the Christ Force, bless it with love, it will spiral on its own, and so will you.

I pause here . . . .

If it wasnıt for what I see in the world, particularly from the so called animals (souls in different bodies) - I donıt think I could continue writing this. My birth Totem is Cougar. I have a blood bond with Badger. The Bears, Whales, and then White Buffalo being born. At times, I know I am walking my destiny. And it is now, that I have my last choice of deciding where this goes. And it is my intention to stay with you and help with the leap in consciousness, for however long that my Higher Power gifts to me.

Well, we have come a long way in a short period of time. And the new generation, so called X has done a lot of work - did you guys know that generate generation, genie, genius, genesis - all come from the same root word. For me, personally, I like reaching into the bottle and bring stuff out for you. Can be tough at times. And I am cautious about some of it, for the mind cuts two ways. And people like Gingrich, who speaks in the same tone and mindset as Hitler - do not need this information.

It is not always correct, that the wrong person using the right means; the right means work in the wrong way. There can be short term successes. So, in talking to you I have to think of possible futures 6 years from now, especially when Fire Spirit gets here. So, let me just say a little about the Power of the Word and not give ammo to the undeserving.

1) Live speech is more powerful. (recorded speech has no life).

2) Non Family sources speaking to children can always be mitigated by healthy conscious adults.

3) Speaking will always address conscious as well as unconscious issues.

4) There are ³taxi-cab² killers out there, who will listen to preachers giving false witness and insist that it is the truth (kucky word) - and go out and kill MDıs. This type of speaking, I say is intention to murder. I feel sorry for them, adding and taking away from the Bible, so will be added and taken away from them in the Book of Life. This is why I never witness to you people - big time bad news penality. And it would tend to make me your Higher Power, and I refuse it - because I am good at it and the position is already taken.

These adult killers are swayed by live broadcasts, not by recorded ones. These killers, who were once children, in their past had no mitigation by conscious adults in their witness of violence. Parents must work with their children in the witness of the world, not change what can not be changed. Also pictures do not make abusive people, abusive people make abusive people. Children that violate boundaries, learn so from family and is enhanced by TV. Children have a different mind then adults. And adults raise children to do what they do, not a TV.

Guns do not kill people, and sick people in control of assault weapons just make more damage with the rage they project. And yes, words can kill, they can heal, they can obfuscate. But it is still people who do that, and those who are suspectable to the phonomena - not the words. Beside, film is a fantasy in most cases, it is not real. Only in rare instances is a camara a single focal point of witness, like with Rodney King. Eventually there will be an electronic device that will measure the violence and death intent in speech. Heck, computers with a sensing camera will be able to diagnose closet child molesters after a while, and when a computer can sense the outside world and respond to it, thus will be the first step to artificial intelligence.

Anyhow, with Power of the Word, I donıt think the Newsterman is capable of speaking an accuracy, him saying the charges are not true, when he slandered the First Lady in public. And he will not speak an apology - to arrogant for it. Why is this important - - repetative perpetrators in their disease never apologize and the act of doing so helps spiritual development in becoming well with that illness. There is a living Irish poet of some caliber who says this much better than I ever could:

If you want to touch the sky,
you have to learn how to knell.


Know that there is a very fine line, and it is easy to trip over, where one goes from knelling into groveling. I am such a bad boy, this foul sinner me, only Jesus will save me, in a church that I kowtow to. This arrogance is in the Newstermanıs sex trips, say, did not Hitler like body wastes excreted from his incestous lover just to climax. The Newsterman is into bondage and naughty girls - high class biker chicks. This is why he is into zooıs so much, it isnıt like he is Captain Planet - it is because that which is nature, is best put in jail. Donıt give nature a habitat, itıs a social experiment that doesnıt work and it costs to much. He loves jails, wants to build more, put more humans in them and make them sicker - so he gets to build more jails. The Newsterman can only fuck people, he doesnıt know how to make love. Even his wife will figure that out after a while; when she gets tired of getting violated. Be a trip watching the big black nothing eat him up. So, why wonıt he apologize. Why does Newsterman get arrogant, or in the alternative, he grovels. (Donıt confuse apology with appeasment - Ted Bundy was an artist at appeasment.)

He gets a hard on and gets off on it. If it wasnıt a sexual plus for him to behave like he does, he wouldnıt do it. Seems all the people in his congressional district behave the same way for they seem to approve of his mouth - bet ya, they hit kids also. The U. S. Government needs a good spanking - said the militia in testimony. Anyhow, to apologize would admit that he is not perfect, and with his compulsive groveling psychophysiology having to step in, it would be ugly to see that in public instead of the bedroom.

Anyhow, I want to pop the Christian Fundamentalists a bit. There are about 4 million hard-core sickies, who want you to stop all abortions because these people supposedly grieve over the deaths of the unborn. They want to save the dead. And they want the rest of the population, what 150 million adult Americans, to stop abortions so that they can be fix from this grief problem they have. Simply said, all of America is to blame for their grief problems. Of course, once you say OK, I will help you with your grief in the United States; they will then grieve over the unborn being killed in the rest of the world. So, then 6 billion people will have to then fix these 4 million of their emotional problems. So, why do they have this sick trip going on . . . you might ask.

My Sister-in-law lives in Minnesota. Pretty neat and healthy lady, except like most Western Girls, she plays with emotions. When she told me of her grief issues about the unborn being killed, silly me - I said ³Well it is good that you are healthy enough to feel that grief, one of these days you will cry it out and be free of it². Grief is historical and sadness is present. Rage is historical and anger is present. Grief and Rage are part of the illness that kills itself, and is the burden to be removed in oneıs recovery - or in the case of young humans - not to take that burden on to them with the Donıt Rules. Donıt Talk, Think, Feel, Hear, Remember, etc.

Sister-in-law even thinks that God allows Satan do bad things here on this planet. I tired to get her out of her magical thinking and into her body to feel the incongruency of her statement by saying, ³Dear, if someone raped you right now: is that God raping you? Is that Satan raping you? Or is that the perpetrator raping you?² Hey, she might have a Madonna complex and want to really fuck God, or will find a guru instead. Naked observations like this donıt go over well with people that deep in their disease. She got pissed at me, played with emotions (that I donıt cooperate with), and my brother then ask me not to talk to his kids and wife about things that upsets them. So, he is not talking to me, it seems, and will not remove the verbal egg shells he put in place and asked me to honor - which I do. It is that damm ³Donıt Talk² rule. (All I can do with my family is leave them to the illness that kills itself and watch them slowly die.)

Hey, I understand the fire in the theater thang, but making the flag a sacred symbol, having a graven image. When ever the Iranians burn another one in symbol of our arrogance, will that be grounds for war. They will have violated the law of our land. So much time Congress wastes with their verbal diaherrea, and they will not pass a campaign reform bill or remove the symbols of Facism from the walls of Congress. The symbol is the Cesarean Axe bound with 40 staves. If one speaks out against the illness that kills itself - one is either beaten in submission (with the remote possibility of living through that) with the 40 to be broken staves over your back, or is killed outright with the Axe. Or knife, gun, rage, etc.

Anyhow, with the Christian fundamentals and their buried grief/rage issues. These 4 million Christians with these emotional problems of grief, just are not living their lives and projecting on to others. Grief is much like a chain, that is wrapped around your shoulders as a burden, holding you back from life. Current events of sadness (or anger), also bring with it the historical burden of grief (or rage - until you clear that out); and just makes the healing process more intense. As you do that grief work, you untie yourself from that historical chain. Your burden eases, and you live your life with your nature. So far, I have noticed that you do not get rid of the chain, it hangs out with you at your side; and when you eventually get another loss, it is like putting another link of sadness on that chain, and shakes it a bit. I have learned to hug my grief/sadness with the same passion that I hug the love of my life.

The Republicans are now planking their party platform and the Christian Fundamentals have notice a big change since April 23rd with their party. They can not win with the Christian Fundamentals. The Republicans are to dysfunctional, and the younger people, they have a new mind, a new consciousness for the coming of the Heart/Buddha/Christ transformation. They were born for this. They think the older people are messed up, and they are largely correct.

President Clinton, has the same basic problems in our nation today that Abe Lincoln had about 120 years ago. Lucky for us (and hard work for him) is that as President he is keeping our country together and stopping that problem in the roots of it (which is what I am efforting to do also). When that bomb went off in OK City, he was keeping all possibilities open. Was it from some source external to the United States? The facts showed otherwise, but there was a short time there, and I could hear it in his voice. If this bombing was from outside, there is no doubt in my mind he would have requested a declaration of war and obtain it. However, this would be much different then Pearl Harbor, that was a military government thing with a measure of honor, OK City was civilian and cowardly. This would not have been a war, this would have been a reckoning. And I would not have been able to do anything except pick up the pieces with your guys. When the American People finally figure out what the political machine has done in its corruption since WW II, they might tear some politicians apart with their hands. They are a good people, that is why they are lied to.

Over the past decade, we have been able to isolate the disease of dysfunctional psychology amongst the nations - effectively moving back the hands on the nuclear clock. Now that disease has been isolated to within our borders, and the borders of the other nations to a large measure. So, that energy of war making that was other directed, is now being directed within. That guy who was arrested after OK City, states he is a prisoner of war. Our own people have declared civil war on us, and President Clinton in the most humane way, is going toe to toe with them. That is one of the reasons why he gave a warning to the priests/social leaders who give false witness and add/take away from the Bible to kill so called abortionists. He understands that these people are suffering from thousands of years of lies and brainwashing. That was handed down from generation to generation. That part seems to have stoped on April 23rd.

People, these fundamentalists, like Fallwell and Roberston, are not able to talk bible. They do not know where they are coming from, what makes you think they know where they are at and what the future holds for us. I look at these 700 club members on TV, and I see the fear/confusion on their face. They know they have been hoodwinked, but they are still insecure in who they are, by keeping these social leaders as their higher power. They do not want to think for themselves, simple because they are then unable to blame someone if it goes wrong. However, in this case the blame game will not work. Your fault, my fault, no bodyıs fault - it is your life and you run it - tell it to your Higher Power when you meet.

Oh, when I mentioned in my last letter that I do not talk to God, it is exactly that. I have no voices in my head (other then my own). I am speaking to you, the reader, now by way of the written word, but we are not talking with each other (unless of course you write me or otherwise speak to me). I have mentioned it in the past and I will say it again here, I have given information to my government that I will not share with the rest of the world. I will set that straight for you people if needed in the future, for now know that we are safe and President Clinton is doing a most excellent job with our Braves and the War Chiefs in preparation for possible futures. Tough for him, he canıt even tell you what is going on with that. The guy really loves this country and the people.

In closing, I want to share that what most of humanity lacks is conscious recognition of their real inferiority to the nature around and within themselves - humans must learn that they may not do exactly as they will. If humans do not learn this, their own nature will destroy them. To learn this, donıt seek awareness, just simply be aware, awake. Allow yourself to be aware, helps not clutter up your mind with pointless struggles and fruitless conflicts. So, donıt try to make ³it² happen, donıt want ³it² to happen . . . . . . just watch what happens.
