To: Mr. Gorbachev, Mr. Perot, Mr. Clinton, Mr. Mitterand, Mr. Japan Inc., Mr. Foley, Ms. Feinstein, Mr. Bouros-Ghali, Ms. Walters, Mr. Rather Greetings Everyone: Well, Mr. Hosokawa went with Water Spirit leaving and Air Spirit settling back in. Just some of the debris that fell out from the shaking that stopped. Hard not to feel bummed about that loss; I wanted him to stick around. Since the Yellow people have the gift of water energy at a time when Air Spirit is here, the combination tends to make a bubble (foam), which can work like a wall, or a highly permeable membrane making for much in and out activity. (Of course there are other possibilities) Air Spirit can mix with those who have the gift of Fire making for more intellectual fires like cancer. It goes on with the other Horses and Peoples depending on the level of their health. Those who harbor the corruption of Rome canıt assassinate the guy over there, so they did the next best thing; railroaded him. I wanted to ask Mr. Hosokawa if he could encourage Mitsubishi (which is really Japan Inc.) to stop stripping the rain forests for paper and chopsticks. Use marijuana and forks instead. Donıt think I can do much with them now that Hosokawa is gone. They have a tyranny of sorts, and like all tyranny it will not endure forever; simply because the source of its power is undermined by its very administration. So it is with China, the consistent imposing of strict limits on individual freedom can never be a consistent strategy. For its very consistency demands a balancing of an even greater counter force. Mao Tse Tung and his youngbloods led a revolution to overthrow the old landlords, and the new rulers have become the old landlords. While in the past, China needed discipline; for individuals were doing then to each other in a big way, what the government is doing now generically. The communists in Russia had the same carryover problem from the Czars. China will change or go the way of Russia. Hopefully it will not be so painful as I look into the future from this current vantage point. However, they have the spiritual gift/power of Water. Ever see what a Tsunami can do. The Yellow People got a lot coming up, especially with Water Spirit coming in, in about a year. (The Yellow People need to work on their grounding big time.) Soon they get more water energy sloshing into them individually and collectively. Harsh measures, when made necessary, must always be short lived and balanced with compassion, understanding, equity. After I sent you my last letter, I became quite relaxed about sending you another one. Or more rigorously stated: there was a significant relaxing of the energy I always feel that gently builds urging me to communicate with you. My Higher Power has seemingly become more cool because you people are getting it. In the alternative I also felt you people wanting to know more; wanting another letter from me so that more light can come into your life. Ya, those sparkles of congruency that go up your body and permeate your mind. The quickening of your Soul as it reaches to your Spirit to be bonded through who you are. Something like Soul music, born from those powerful Negro Spirituals; such is there understanding and application of the gift of Air. Quite a few of you feel that quickening in these letters; at times you break down in tears. Essentially, in the deepening of your selves by expanding your grounding, is much like digging a well deeper; the work will produce clearer, cleaner water so that we can enrich our own and others essential natures by the deeper delving. If you really think about it, what I say to you, is a-ha information that you already know, just needed the reminder. I am of the opinion that the problems and solutions at hand, for the moment, are best attended to by the world leaders. Not enough time to talk to billions of people and they in turn elect people who will do what is necessary. So, I do the next best thing; reach out and speak from my heart to the hearts of people who can do things; even if what they do is nothing at all. As they change and evolve, they will know what to do. For the moment, I just leave the politics of how to accomplish it, to those more able than I. However I have noticed that the world leaders do allow the idea of politics to have more power in their lives than it deserves. It is much like giving more power or disrespect to the Forces of Darkness than it deserves. Its strength comes from your fears, or your homage to it; not from what it is. I do appreciate your effort to create the openness in reading these words and in doing the necessary work to change yourselves; so that you, in turn, can more accurately do what is necessary. In the end, words are just birds and your life experience is the tree that those words roost in. The power of your inner consistency and congruency is rooted in the tree, the staff of life; the rod of discipline; your grounding. Work of that; birds come and go. When you get this grounding in your body via your minds eye, you have gotten the center point that everything revolves around. The stronger your grounding is, the bigger the individual and collective tree of life grows; the more you will see while riding the orgasmic footprint that is really a spiral; a different sort of a revolution. With a larger tree giving you a better foundation into your Soul and higher reaching into your Spirit, you are more able to move the wheel of dharma as it were; also holds more birds. I know you want more; however, I can only tell you so much, and so much at a time in this vehicle. And I have to do so in the Crossroads in Time Spirit for it to have some effect relative to your individual strengths. (If I jump into other vehicles with you, the communication will of course be different; but for now all I can afford and make happen is this one.) I have been doing this for some 8 years, and now talk to tens of millions of people. You guys do share these letters. Itıs an amazing concept to me. Since my last one some of you even spent long nights obtaining and reading as much of the historical stack of these letters as you could get. In preparing for this letter, I went back to refresh my memory of how all this stuff started. After years of Reaganism (whose philosophy I knew from the beginning would be very expensive) and me being consistently ignored, his (the Presidentıs) degenerating mental condition, combined with my concerns of a Soviet accompli de fate from some in the old government in making war with the US of A (Thus leaving Mikhail Gorbachev holding the bag.) showed that something else had to be done. In an emergency it is better to be 60% right, then 100% wrong by doing nothing. So I started with personal letters to individual world leaders and copies to others in various positions who could be of some help because they had a mindset that would hear me. Later I took notice of Meese and his public actions, the letter addressing just naturally slipped to Mr. Rather and Ms. Walthers. (I discovered later the protective force the free press had to my speaking on a par with those who did not what me to speak.) It took a while before I realize that those who used the forces of darkness for ill were reading these letters and were using the information for their dysfunctional ends. While a back handed compliment of sorts, they only furthered their own greedy destruction while messing with the evolution to the Heart Chakra. Since there was no spiritual profit in them knowing more about Psychogenic Health Transformations and how the transcendent process works to make magic (the place where miracle cures, voodoo death, and placebo effect occur), I had to become more circumspect. Some of them have no Soul, there is nothing alive inside of them. It is real spooky to me to see them on TV. Pete Wilson is not a good example of it, but it is the one that comes to mind now. Most of the dead ones like to be the power behind the throne. Someone else is cannon fodder to their manipulations. It is even more of a trip to be in the same room with them. Consequently they have no loved ones on their side of living, no care about suicide. Despite that, I can, with safety, give you most of the picture of the process; but for now I can not give you the big keys that work the engine of transformations more powerfully. With time, and compassion, you will discover it for your self as your Higher Power removes the veils from your sight. The keys, like the Kingdom of God, are at hand. It is right in front of you, right now, right where you are. No where else, or when, will it be found. Your Higher Power is so very generous. It is wondrous the gifts that will be revealed as we grow and mature. So . . . . You and I, have to proceed cautiously, but resolutely, with what we are doing in the raising in Love through the healing of the Heart Chakra. (Who really needs to fall in Love anyway; wrong direction.) While time is a factor, to rush anything, or impatiently force results, tends to stimulate resistance and cause setbacks. At best, one achieves surface changes that may just as quickly be reversed. Sincerity and integrity leads to, at times slow, but permanent changes. Some people are more ripe for changes and can appreciate what is said here. Others are not, so they miss it, or usually get angry. My conscious intention is to take as many as I can past the next step in the breakdown of the bicameral brain and the development of consciousness through the Heart Chakra. Some just do not want to go, mostly from fear; so they will leave the planet. They have the ability to look with their eyes; yet havenıt developed the courage to see. But, that is their God given free will to do so. There is a Buddhist Koan that notes that as soon as you realize that everything is perfect just the way it is, you will burst out laughing. I am just getting to that one myself. I have a measure of confidence that I can help about 90% of you people along. Some rambling thoughts as I leave you. I was wondering, if from my last letter; you were able to put together some more of the primitive psychological structure building during the time of the Garden of Eden. Blaming/shaming popped up, and then Cain and Able did their thing with Greed and Aggression in the first dysfunctional (Was it an incesting family? Only Eve was there; many boys. If the Bible is literally true and there were other women; where did they come from and how were they created?) family after the arrival of puberty hormones settled in. Taking the Christian system of knowledge as a whole it also shows part of the historical emotional and spiritual maturation process. So, the current level of violence in society is in part because of the birthing process to the Heart Chakra. However, here in the US of A, the anger, violence, and the yet to be learned humility of the Vietnam War that was buried in the collective 20 years ago has come up in society and in part is seen in the Gang Bangers and Post Office murders. So, some of the healing is to send them to (prison) boot camp. It works for some. The Bloods: is a term of affection and camaraderie taken on by the Buffalo Soldiers, the Black people of our nation who took a big part of the damage from that war. Most of the front line soldiers back then came from Black, Hispanic, Poor White people. There wasnıt much healing, (except for the Wall) so the rage went in to the next economically deprived generation. How to attend to that: open your heart and honor the Right Brain/Female energies. Youıve heard this stuff before. Keep telling you that you can not pay for war and society at the same time. President Johnson tried that with guns and butter and look where we ended up years and presidents later. You guys choose to fight crime like you fight cancer. Burn, cut, or poison. I think it was a L. Pasteur who said to fight a disease (or anything for that matter) is to lose. By the time you get there by noticing the problem, the damage is done. Prevention is the cure, as is Love. Another thought is the JFK assassination. Here are two (2) very large bullet fragments (smashed slugs from bone impact) left in the car, one (1) pristine bullet (also from bone impacts) on a hospital stretcher, and one (1) slug that took out a chunk of granite that hits a witness; as well as 40 Texans rushing up the knoll chasing a so called echo. Ya, like Texans do not know where a gunshot came from just like they do not know what a BBQ smells like. And of course there are reputed to be only 3 shots fired from a lone crazed gunman. For me, it just doesnıt add up. Besides only 80% of the archived evidence is out. What will we discover in the other 20%, Kennedy got in bed with the Mafia and bought the election in Chicago. Kennedy is really right up there with Nixon, Reagan, and Bush in his preelection shenanigans. When a government of a country makes an enemy of the citizens in that country, the end is near. Usually takes a biblical generation, some 70-80 years, (or a multiple there of) for the transformation to evolve. The American People are good people. We are just a bit messed up and angry; but when we know clearly the situation, we always do the right thing. Having the government keep its citizens in the fog because we will not understand, or the secret is used for war preparedness when there is no war, is, in the long run, a self defeating behaviour. This started in the late 30ıs and kept on with the Cold War. Now secrets are imposed simply because the light of day will show the ugly and shameful things that have done. As we come to the late 90ıs, thus we enter the doorway to the end of that 70 year cycle. The Fundamentalists here in the US of A are starting to bunker in like caged rats with the likes of Colsen, North and the Corruption of Rome. Such fear . . . such a lack of love . . . such a loss. Can not make people use their courage to examine the tyrant within, the part of us that efforts to keep us from hitting the mark deeper and with more accuracy, for that type of courage simply comes from being brave just five minutes longer as you look within. Most helpful to have someone who is trustworthy and straightforward to look with you. I also hope you guys were able to put together in your heuristic creativity process the way nations have been trashing the Earth for centuries and how the Red People have fared likewise. Air pollution connection to suffocating the Black People. Water pollution to drowning the Yellow people. Abuse of Fire in cancers, brain disorders, and addictions in White People. While the White People have the greatest gift of Fire, they also have the greatest responsibility in using it properly. (I can not always be depended upon to put this stuff together for you people.) Some of you are right up on top of the learning curve, grade A effort in the courage and willingness to be like a Berean and think for yourself. At times, in my quieter moments, I am moved to tears from the understanding of what you are doing to make the world a better place to live in. Thank you so very much. Keep up the good work, after a time we can disable an additional two cylinders from that V-8 engine of Armageddon; mellow out the bloody transformation into the Heart/Christ/Buddha consciousness some more.
