To: Ms. Bhutto, Mr. Gorbachev, Mr. Clinton, Mr. Murayama, Mr. Rather Mr. Mitterand, Mr. Dole, Ms. Feinstein, Mr. Bouros-Ghali, Ms. Walters Hello People: I was going to send this in a manner to throw more light into the period of darkness after halloo¹s eve. But as it is, it might be better to throw this in the World Leaders conference going on now in New York City. So, if the letter is shorter then usual; this is why. I have already started to change my body chemistry for the thyroid fast that brings on what I call near death experiences. Now, I am just starting to go into the beginning reaches of the Crack in Time, and always deal with how it racks my body. I am speaking to you from a new place in my life. In the last letter; I was deep in my process in how I use my style in thinking. As that examination was more important to me, I only put together what I had to in those Crossroads, in talking to you. I apologize for how the letter fell short of the mark. For me, in that my medical care is provided by the American taxpayer in their debt of war making - it is important for me to make the greatest use of that burdensome gift. (Which is why the letter was not as polished as it could have been.) In this gifting, also know that I am OK with taking it - every time I look in the mirror I can see what I gave to my country - and I am one of the lucky one¹s; others have given more than I in walking the Wall. I recently flew into Hawai¹i for a dolphin visit, and arched over the Commissioned Battleship Memorial on the way down. Lot¹s of mano there, seeing my brothers. I stayed on the Kona Side of the Big Island, at the Keauhou Beach Hotel, King Kamehameha¹s summer residence. Let¹s talk more of Hawai¹i later. I want to get current with you guys, and make some important proposals. Well. . . . This is the Fall Harvest, and with the work that has been done in lifting the planetary consciousness over the past year - - Water Spirit, the Third Horse Spirit settled in on September 23rd (I didn¹t know it was the equinox), with earth going liquid, hurricanes, floods - tough one for Mexico. People it is a clue to increase your grounding. Notice the emotional stuff washing through people, with Oriental James and the legal system. Maybe we can untie some of that in the people and in the social system in the next letter. A dear friend related a quote from Zorba the Greek - With the changes that have occurred with Europe over the past 50 years, and more recently with the so called Iron Curtain coming down - I would appreciate it if something a bit different be attended to with Eastern Europe then what you are doing with keeping the same disease pattern as the cold war, just bigger. I propose a concept of a treaty organization with Sweden, Finland, Baltic Countries, Poland, Chech¹s, Slavans, Ukraine, etc., down to Greece. Call it the Central Europe Treaty Organization (CETO) if you want a name. This is a place of united thinking, people who do not want the fascism of early century Europe and Berlin; nor the totalitarian Ism¹s of the East and Moscow. So the missiles and guns turn both ways, keep the Russians away from Europe, and protect Russia from the historical wound of Germany. Of course Bosnia and the neighbors will have to mature to this very important peace mechanism that would be CETO, and they must make peace - learn how to make love instead, easy to do. This is just iron platting - the German people will never let fascism raise again. There will be a blitzkrieg civil war of quick determination in Germany to stop that, if it every happens. France, England, Spain, even Italy do not want occupation and destruction as before. So, where is the fascism fear - not that big of a deal. It part, it is the multicorporate beast and creating war for money that Russia fears. As do I. That is what Vietnam was all about people, making millionaires - war profiteers who increased in number with the body count. Was it the ŒI am not a crook¹ Republican who said he would win it, then fought the war on the so-called enemies terms to stalemate for 4 years. And after all that death, and all those new millionaires, is the world a better place? With you guys working the NATO-ization of eastern Europe, this is a major mistake. More of that cold war containment shit. They want freedom like we do, but do they want to work for it, is the better question. I do what I can in my own Nation, and offer suggestions to the planet. If the West is going to nuclear umbrella eastern Europe, from the evil East; then let Russia offer likewise. With the supposed German Horde swooping down the Fulda Gap, protect Poland from that with your nuclear umbrella offer Mother Russia. The nuclear umbrellas are ka-ka to begin with. If you are going to do Mutual Assured Destruction, it is the whole planet that is going. And the United States can destroy the whole planet with ease, with about 200 weapons. We target the nuclear stocks of any country, France, Israel, China, Russia - take them out, which makes a very dirty bomb ejection fall out of over 100 pounds of weapons grade nuclear waste per target and take out the whole planet a province at a time. Or we can concentrate it the Northern Half of the planet, and it will take years to toast everyone. Anyhow, this Central Europe Treaty Organization that is a Finlandization of the Baltic States to Greece will effectively hamper the fear yelling for the perverted few who want war for profit in Moscow as well as D.C. There are easily 8 countries in Central Europe that have the national grit to fight invaders from either direction, and hold their country. Poland is still Poland, just been occupied for a long time. Bet ya, that don¹t happen again for a while. Norway, and Turkey stay in NATO. Finally worked the MS-DOS system that I use (which I hate), at about the same time, my MUG Telefinder BBS (hooray) that I Macintosh into all the time is branching itself as a graphic interface e-mail host. I loved going to Hawai¹i, and talking to the Kahauna, hanging out with the Dolphins, Manta Rays. Amazing to meet a physical entity that as a Soul inside. Dolphins are highly evolved Souls, physically, I think they are more from the cat family, but they have no Spirit. While I was over there I was struck how the native holy places were defiled by the White People. When the British took Captain Cook¹s body parts back, could they not also afford to take a lowly seaman¹s body back that is buried at the foundation of a native church. Anyhow, I am starting to see into that place after the Fourth Horse Spirit. The time of the Chariot, the transformative vehicle - when this, and all of us, moves. So we only have about 7 to 9 years to get out stuff together as a planetary consciousness and as One People. This will eventually be done in Love, and not in violence. The war that could be called the Armageddon, will have largely evaporated after CETO is formed. The Armageddon, which is really about 2 to 3 Billion people dying, then turns as an energy to environmental or social failure in the Nature of things from supporting the life force that stresses it so much. That life force is Human Beings, you guys. Some of what I see in the future is personally troublesome, so far, anyway. And before I report any of that to you, I have to be sure what I say is accurate. Anyhow, in turning this social upheaval going on. The planet must come to recognize that children are not to work, they are to play, get an education and be loved. And adults, must come to recognize that the 30 hour work week is the maximum (same money as 40). Hire new workers, or overtime starts at 30 hours. This must be planetary. Everybody is downsizing, polluting energy is used to replace labor, as well as transport food from further away (this is ]stupid and sick). Population increases, until we as a union of people collectively decide not to make anymore babies then replacement population. You see, human beings are Angels in training, that¹s why we are suppose to spend most of our time playing and growing - not working. When clean universal energy is tapped for everybody, then can we ease up allot on environmental recycling - we have to go 100% recycling. Anyhow, with everybody working 32 hours a week, there are more jobs, more workers, more people paying taxes, and less people going to hospitals from job stress. Of course the corporate greed Republican¹s will not like this. Perot, might see the logic of it, and realize it is the healthy way to go. When I went to Hawai¹i, I did it with the Berkeley Psychic Institute (I thought it was with Deja Vu Tours) and the Church Of Devine Man. They had a good tour, and the trip was set for my personal development. The people over at BPI got some personal problems, just like the Pope does. Both are a cult in nature and are set to drum up business and make money. When the Pope leaves bible scripture, and insists on living life has he says, this is no different then Korish or Jones. With BPI, even Jesus Christ himself could walk through the door of the Psychic Institute and would have evil spirits around him, doesn¹t know about ³mock-ups², and would have to spend money to take the psychic training. They do it to everybody, so try not to take it personally if you ever meet them. With Water Spirit arriving, I discovered that I was in my element. My personal power has manifested. Nice to feel that. I wanted to understand Water better, and going to Hawai¹i was the first time for me on the open ocean, and swimming in it. They are over fishing and descimating the coral fish population for sea-aquariums. Everybody the native people know about Pao¹o, bring it back. Pao¹o was anything that lived in nature, and human¹s were killing them for food or shelter - when the hunted species decreased in number they were made taboo for awhile. Here in the US of A, we call it an endangered species, and the Pao¹o to protect and help the people suffers at greed and corruption from a few corporations. Milkin is a good example how a few minutes work ends up in millions of dollars of paper wealth, that is quickly cashed in. I want to close out now. Chrysler Corporation did give a good engine for my Dakota, finally. Santa Rosa Dodge, never wants me to darken their door again. And I have a water leak in the windshield that the Customer Arbitration Board ( a semi-government board in California that makes sure people don¹t hold onto lemons - about 3% of the vehicles are lemons, it¹s life. Like 3% of people born are perverted, some harmlessly, other not so.) warranted would be fixed. I am dealing in legal hassles concerning my daughter (she is turning age of majority). I discovered that the legal system is built to drum up business. Did you know, that if a Judge witnesses a lawyer break the law, do unethical behaviour in court, and you or your lawyer do not object (warranting a judicial decision), then what the other lawyer did that was illegal goes through as if it was legal. This is why the District Attorney of the State can screw you good. It immoral, unethical, unfair, unjust - but it is legal. The other side of me knows that God/Buddha/Tao has no morals, no ethics, no truth. God/Buddha/Tao is accurate, consistent, congruent, and just balances energy - there is not even judgment to it - just a walking in balance. A walking we ignore to our peril. With this, when you guys, doubled your grounding a while back. You set your second spiritual foot down, your second Tree of Life, the Tree of Immortality. This is grounding in the light body, with your Spirit tree, you have been grounding in your physical body with your Soul tree for quite some time. With the uprights, the pieces that goes from one Tree to the other Tree (you have one upright for every vertebra, and chakra) this is you building Jacob¹s Ladder. You really only need one step to make the ladder, the Heart, the one in the center; Love goes both ways. A ladder that opens the way for the above realms to come to the planetary realms, through us, Angels in training. And to bring us up.
